When preparing and submitting electronic artwork on a disk or via e-mail, please observe the following guidelines so that we can process your order as efficiently as possible.

Please use one of the preferred software programs listed below to increase the likelihood of a successful output.

When preparing artwork . . .

We can accept files from virtually all professional publishing and graphics software.

Due to an undesirable output, we cannot accept any electronic art that has been created using these programs: Word Perfect, Microsoft Works, Microsoft Word, or Power Point. These formats can only be used as visuals only.  If you have artwork that was created using one of these programs, please contact us to discuss an alternative solution.

All artwork must either be saved as grayscale, RGB, or CMYK and at a minimum of 72 dpi (Preferred dpi is 300) .

Please send a visual file along with your original artwork. A list of preferred formats for visuals is listed below.

Preferred Programs:

• Adobe Illustrator (Saved as AI or PDF)
  All FONTS must be converted to outlines.

• Adobe Photoshop (Saved as PSD, TIF, or high resolution JPG)
  Raster all Fonts>

• Corel Draw Graphics Suite (Saved as an EPS)
  All fonts must be converted to paths

Acceptable File Formats:

• AI

• EPS

• CDR

• PDF

• TIF

• JPG (High resolution)

• PUB

Visual File Formats:

• JPG

• GIF

• PDF

• DOC

Include all elements used to create the document, such as: (these must be sent separately)

• Any TIFF files embedded within the document

• Any EPS files embedded within the document

• All fonts, including both printer and screen fonts (Include the name of the font used)

• Any Pantone Matching System (PMS) specific content.

If your artwork requires multi-SPOT color, documents must use colors from the Process Color Pantone Matching System (PMS) Library.

When sending artwork via e-mail . . .

• Please fax your confirming order and a b/w hard copy of the artwork for our reference.

• Please include in the e-mail message, your name, company name, project/item name and a short description of the job.

• The preferred size of a file is no larger than 5MB.

When sending artwork on disk . . .

Please enclose a color hard copy of the artwork and your confirming order along with the disk, as well as information about how to contact you.

Disk formats we can accept:

• 3.5 floppy

• CD-R
