MAGNETIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Although we use one of the top grades of Magnetic sheeting available, there are other factors beyond our control that can affect adhesion. A few known reasons:

• Metal door surface may have had body repair using plastic putty (i.e.: "Bondo").

• Door not clean. Dirt & grit cuts down on the adhesion.

• Fiberglass or Aluminum Vehicles are not "Magnetic" Saturn vehicles are fiberglass and some Semi Truck cabs are aluminum and fiberglass)

• Wind getting behind a pucker that wasn't noticed when applying to the vehicle.

• Magnets have been known to pop off if a car door is slammed hard.

It should also be mentioned that Magnets, if left on a vehicle for an extended period, could lead to premature rusting of the area. This is caused by moisture that accumulates behind them. They should be taken off regularly (once a week suggested) & the back wiped down, along with the door. Magnets are purchased at your own risk. No guarantee is given or implied. Whenever possible, lettering directly on the vehicle is recommended. Magnets have always been considered temporary signage.
